Please read these terms carefully before using BD Weather. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Service

BD Weather is a free mobile application that displays weather information for districts of Bangladesh. The app is published by SwiftOutlet.

Weather Data Accuracy

Weather information is provided by Open-Meteo, a third-party weather data service. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but weather forecasts are inherently uncertain. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Do not rely on this app alone for decisions that could affect safety, life, or property — for example: aviation, marine operations, emergency response, or cyclone preparation. For official severe-weather warnings in Bangladesh, consult the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) at bmd.gov.bd.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You will not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (beyond what is permitted by law).
Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Use automated systems to access or scrape data through the app.
Resell or redistribute the app or its data.

The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of those ads. If you encounter inappropriate ad content, report it to Google AdMob and notify us.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, icons, text, and code are owned by SwiftOutlet. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Weather data displayed in the app is sourced from Open-Meteo and remains subject to their terms of use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwiftOutlet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of your use of the app.

Modifications

We may update or modify the app at any time, including adding or removing features. We may also update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or our website.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or restrict access if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

বিডি ওয়েদার অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের আগে নিচের শর্তাবলী পড়ুন। অ্যাপ install বা ব্যবহার করলে এই শর্ত মানতে হবে।

সেবা

বিডি ওয়েদার একটি বিনামূল্যের মোবাইল অ্যাপ যা বাংলাদেশের জেলাগুলোর আবহাওয়ার তথ্য দেখায়। SwiftOutlet এই অ্যাপ প্রকাশ করে।

তথ্যের সঠিকতা

আবহাওয়ার তথ্য Open-Meteo নামক third-party থেকে নেওয়া। যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুল করার চেষ্টা করি, কিন্তু আবহাওয়ার পূর্বাভাস সবসময় অনিশ্চিত। অ্যাপটি "as is" দেওয়া হচ্ছে — কোনো warranty ছাড়া। জীবন, নিরাপত্তা বা সম্পত্তির সিদ্ধান্তের জন্য একমাত্র এই অ্যাপের উপর নির্ভর করবেন না (যেমন: বিমান, নৌপথ, ঝড়ের প্রস্তুতি)। দাপ্তরিক সতর্কতার জন্য Bangladesh Meteorological Department (bmd.gov.bd) দেখুন।

গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার

অ্যাপটি শুধু বৈধ কাজে ব্যবহার করবেন। নিচের কাজ করবেন না:

Reverse engineer বা source code বের করার চেষ্টা।
অ্যাপ নষ্ট, বিকল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করার চেষ্টা।
Automated system দিয়ে data scrape করা।
অ্যাপ বা এর তথ্য পুনঃবিক্রয় বা বিতরণ করা।

বিজ্ঞাপন

Google AdMob এর মাধ্যমে বিজ্ঞাপন দেখানো হয়। বিজ্ঞাপনের content এর জন্য আমরা দায়ী না।

মেধাস্বত্ব

অ্যাপের design, icon, text, code এর মালিক SwiftOutlet। ব্যক্তিগত non-commercial ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনাকে সীমিত license দেওয়া হলো।

দায়সীমা

প্রযোজ্য আইনের সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত SwiftOutlet পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা পরিণতিগত ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী হবে না।

পরিবর্তন

আমরা যেকোনো সময় অ্যাপ ও এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি।

বন্ধ করা

আপনি যেকোনো সময় অ্যাপ uninstall করে ব্যবহার বন্ধ করতে পারেন।

প্রযোজ্য আইন

এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে।
