Delete your account

Meditual by Swift Outlet

In the app

1. Open Meditual and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This is not possible while you have an open order or visit. Finish or cancel it first.

Without the app

Email support@swiftoutlet.com from the contact address you registered, or tell us the mobile number of the account. We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, profile, family profiles and cloud copy of your history.
• Backed-up photos and your push notification tokens.

What is kept

• Orders, visits and prescriptions already given to a pharmacy or doctor, as part of the care and billing record.
• Data stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
