Terms of Service
1. Using Meditual
You must be an adult to create an account. Give true information and keep your phone and app lock safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
2. Not medical advice
Meditual stores records and helps you reach pharmacies and doctors. It does not give medical advice and does not replace a doctor. The AI assistant can be wrong. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
3. Doctors and pharmacies
Doctors and pharmacies are independent. They are responsible for their advice, prescriptions, medicines and prices. Medicines that need a prescription are supplied only against a valid prescription.
4. Orders and payment
Medicine prices are set by the pharmacy and shown before you confirm. Payment is made to the pharmacy or the delivery person as shown in the order. Delivery times are estimates.
5. Paid plan
The optional cloud-backup plan costs 99 BDT per month and is billed through Google Play. You can cancel in Google Play at any time. When a plan ends, backed-up photos are deleted after 90 days.
6. Your content
You own your health records. You allow us to store and show them as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not post false or harmful content, including on the blood donor board.
7. Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms others.
8. Liability
Meditual is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Swift Outlet is not liable for medicines, advice or services given by doctors and pharmacies, or for losses from using the app.
9. Law
These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes go to the courts of Dhaka.
