Privacy Policy
Swift Outlet, Bangladesh ("we") operates the Meditual app. Contact: support@swiftoutlet.com.
1. What Meditual is
Meditual is a health record and care app. You can keep your own medical history on your phone, order medicines from pharmacies and book visits with doctors.
2. What stays on your phone
Your health history (visits, prescriptions, vitals, lab reports, vaccinations, allergies, surgeries), family profiles, medicine reminders and attached photos are stored on your phone, encrypted with a key kept in the phone's secure storage. You can lock the app with your fingerprint, face or phone PIN. Nothing is sent to our servers unless you use an online feature or switch cloud copy on.
3. What we collect when you use online features

If you use the AI assistant, the text you type (and a photo if you add one) is sent to Google's Gemini service using the key you entered. We do not keep it.
4. Who can see your information
- You see everything of yours.
- A doctor sees your history only after you allow it, for one visit or for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. You can stop sharing at any time in the app. A doctor never sees your photos.
- A pharmacy sees an order's phone number, address and prescription photos only after it accepts the order, and until the order is cancelled or declined. Other pharmacies see only the area.
- Meditual staff can see the account and order records needed to run the service (approvals, bills, support).
- Service providers that process data for us: Cloudflare (servers, database, file storage), Google Firebase (sign-in and notifications) and our SMS provider (one-time codes).
- We do not sell your data and show no advertising.
5. How long we keep it
- Prescription photos sent with an order are deleted 90 days after the order is delivered or cancelled.
- Backed-up history photos are deleted 90 days after a paid plan ends. We warn you before.
- Orders, visits and prescriptions already given to a pharmacy or doctor stay in their records after you delete your account, because they are part of the care and billing record.
- Everything else is deleted when you delete your account.
6. Your choices
- Delete your account and cloud data: in the app, Settings, Delete account (not possible while an order or visit is open). Or see how to delete your account.
- Stop cloud copy: switch off "keep my history in the cloud". Your cloud copy is deleted.
- Notifications: switch off in the phone settings.

7. Security
Connections use HTTPS. Each account can read only its own records; the server checks every request. No system is perfectly safe. If we learn of a breach that affects you we will tell you.
8. Children
Family profiles can include children; a parent or guardian creates and manages them. Meditual accounts are for adults.
9. Changes
We will tell you in the app before an important change takes effect.
